Fish Balchao Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Fish (large pieces)
2. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
3. Salt to taste
4. Coriander powder 1tsp
5. Coconut powder 1tsp
6. Tomatoes 6
7. Crushed red chillie 2tsp
8. Turmeric powder 1tsp
9. Cumin powder 1tsp
10. Cooking oil 1 cup

Instruction:

Wash off the fish and fry it then keep it aside. Take a cooking pan and heat oil then put tomatoes in the pan. Now add ginger garlic paste and all spices then cook it well. Add fried fish in the spices and mix well and cook for 5 minutes. At last,sprinkle green chillie and corriandar leaves over it. Fish balchao is ready.
