Bihari Paratha Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Flour half kg
2. Salt half tsp
3. Water as required
4. Ghee as required

For Filling:

1. Grains 250gms
2. Onion 1 (chopped)
3. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
4. Black cumin half tsp
5. Salt half tsp
6. Hot spices powder half tsp

Instruction:

Boil grains with onion,ginger garlic paste,black cumin,salt,hot spices powder and 2 cups of water until the water gets dry. Now grind the grains when it cooled down. Make dough of flour by mixing salt and water. Now divide the dough by making 10 parts. Now roll the parts from the middle and pour filling in it then again roll it. Now make the shape of paratha and fry on the tawa. Also pour ghee on the paratha and serve them hot.
