Choux Pastry Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Butter 50gms
2. Plain flour 60gms
3. Water 125ml
4. Pinch of salt
5. Pinch of sugar
6. Eggs 2
7. Fresh cream 500gms (whipped)
8. Temper chocolate 500gms

Instruction:

Take a pan and boil butter with water,salt and sugar. Now add plain flour in it and mix well so that lumps cannot form. When it cools down,add eggs one by one. Bake it in an oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes then low the temperature and put it in 160 degrees for 12 minutes and let it dried out. When it cools down,top it with whipped cream and decorate it with temper chocolate.
