Day-Off Diet Almond Butter Banana Smoothie



This diet breakfast option Day-Off smoothie is packed with protein, healthy fats and potassium to help start your day. There is the way to make almond butter banana smoothie, this recipe make your day good and fresh.

Ingredients:

1) 7 oz Greek plain Yogurt

2) 1 tablespoon Almond Butter

3) One Banana Ripe

4) linseed oil or flaxseed land

5) Ice (use for less thick)

Directions:

1) Mix all above ingredients until it becomes smooth.

2) You can mix adding things to make your smoothie more delicious.
  • Give one of these combos try: 1/2 cup fresh blueberries with 2 teaspoon ginger
  • or, 1 cup chopped kale with half teaspoon of turmeric
  • or, 1/2 cup of strawberries / raspberries with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
