Yokohama Tempura With Sauce

 

Ingredients:

For tempura:

1. Prawns 500gms
2. Salt to taste
3. Oil for frying

For the mixture:

1. Eggs 2
2. Plain flour 1 cup
3. Salt to taste

For the sauce:

1. Soya sauce half cup
2. Lemon juice 4tbsp
3. Spring onion 2 sticks (chopped)



Yokohama Tempura With Sauce

Instruction:

Take a bowl and first make the sauce by adding the ingredients for sauce given above. Mark the prawns from the middle. Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients given for making the mixture then place it in the refrigerator. Heat an oil in another pan then dip the prawns in this mixture and fry in the oil. When the prawns become light red in color,take them out on the plater. Serve the delicious yokohama tempura with the sauce.
