Toffee Kabab Recipe


Ingredients:

1. Chicken mince half kg
2. Gram flour 2tbs
3. Crushed coconut 3tbsp
4. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
5. White pepper 1 1/2 tsp
6. Hot spices 1tsp
7. Bread slices 1 (crushed)
8. Chinese salt half tsp
9. Lemon juice 2tbsp
10. Butter paper as required
11. Oil as required

Instruction:

Mix all the ingredients in the chicken mince except oil. Keep it aside for half an hour. Take a butter paper and make 4 pieces of same size. Spread the mixture of mince over the each piece of butter paper and cover it in the shape of toffee. Heat oil in the pan and fry them. Fry it for about 5 minutes. Before serving,open the butter paper.
