Pistachew Barfi Recipe


Ingredients:

milk powder half kg
sugar 125gms
pistachew 50gms
cardamom 4

Instruction:

Cook milk by adding 1.5 cup of water in a low flame and stir the spoon gradually. Now add sugar in water to make sheera. Cook grinded pistachew in sheera. When it gets thick,take it out from the stove. Grease the platter with oil or butter then spread the cooked mixture over it. When it cools down,sprinkle cardamom seeds and pistachew on the top of the mixture. Cut the pieces of your own choice. Delicious pistachew barfi is ready.
