Cold Sandwich Cake Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Bread as required
2. Chicken (boiled) 1 cup
3. Yogurt 1kg
4. Boiled eggs 3
5. Salt to taste
6. Crushed black pepper 1/4tsp
7. Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
8. Mayonnaise 1 cup
9. Cream half cup
10. Butter 8 ounces
11. Ketchup 3tbsp
12. Cucumber (Slices) 1
13. Lettuce and tomatoes for garnishing

Instruction:

Put yogurt in wool cloth and keep it in refrigerator so that water gets dry. Add cream,salt and black pepper in yogurt and mix them together. Mix salt,crushed black pepper,mayonnaise and cream in chicken and mix them then keep it in refrigerator. Chop boiled eggs and add mayonnaise in it. Cut the boarders of bread. Put spread mayonnaise on bread slices,chicken mixture,cucumber slices then again cover it with another slice of bread then spread boiled eggs and ketchup. Garnish it with yogurt,lettuce and cucumber slices.
