Coconut Macaroons Recipe


Ingredients:

1. Egg whites of 3 eggs
2. Sugar 1-1/4 cup (finely thin)
3. Corn flour 2tbsp
4. Coconut powder 3 cups

Instruction:

Pr-heat oven at 160 degrees. Beat the egg whites with an electric beater and beat it nicely by adding sugar gradually. Add corn flour and coconut powder then stir it slightly and mix it. Pour this mixture in the baking tray according to 1 tea spoon then bake it in an oven so that it becomes golden in color. When it cools down,preserve it in the air tight box. Beautiful and tasty biscuits are ready.
