Beef Ganoff Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Beef undercut half kg (cut in small slices)
2. Onion 1 (sliced)
3. Crushed black pepper 1tsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Garlic paste 1tbsp
6. Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
7. Beef soup 1 glass
8. Tomato ketchup 2tbsp
9. Plain flour 2tbsp
10. Mushroom half cup (sliced)
11. Fresh cream half cup
12. Pasta half packet (boiled)
13. Oil as required

Instruction:

Take a pan and add beef,onion,black pepper,oil and salt in it then saute them for a while. Now add garlic paste,Worcestershire sauce,beef soup and tomato ketchup and cover the lid then cook it in a low flame. After 12 minutes,when beef is about to ready so make it thick by adding plain flour. Now add mushrooms and high the flame and add fresh cream then cook it for 3 minutes. Spread this mixture all over the pasta. Serve it hot.
