Salty Lamb Karahi Recipe



Ingredients:

1. Lamb meat 1kg

2. Salt to taste

3. Green chillies 5 (chopped)


4. Black pepper 1tsp

5. Tomatoes 5 (slices)

6. Fat as required

Instruction:

  • Take karahi and melt some fat in it.
  • Now add meat and salt in the karahi and let it cook for about 20 minutes by covering the lid over it.
  • After that,add green chillies and tomatoes in it then again cook it for about 10 minutes by covering the lid.
  • Sprinkle black pepper over the meat then mix it. Delicious salty lamb karahi is ready to eat.
