Chocolate Marquise Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Chocolate 200gms
2. Butter 100gms
3. Egg yolks 3
4. Cream 150ml
5. Caster sugar 75gms
6. Vanilla essence 1tsp
7. Strawberry sauce for garnishing
8. Cocoa powder for sprinkling
Instruction:
Take a pan and melt chocolate and butter for a while and let it cool down. Take a bowl and beat egg yolks by the help of beater. Add caster sugar and vanilla essence in the egg yolks and mix them well together. Now add butter and chocolate mixture in it and again beat them with beater. Now fold them with cream and pour it in a mold of any shape. Now freeze it for whole night. At last,sprinkle cocoa powder and garnish with strawberry sauce. Serve it cool.
