Black Forest Ice Cream Roll Recipe

Black Forest Icecream Roll Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Eggs 4
2. Vanilla essence 1tsp
3. Plain flour 3 ounces
4. Cocoa powder 1 ounce
5. Caster sugar as required
6. Ice cream as required
7. Fresh cream 8 ounces
8. Chocolate syrup half cup
9. Cherries as required

Instruction:

Take a bowl and beat the eggs with the plain flour until it becomes light and fluffy. Now put vanilla essence in it and slightly mix them together. Strain the plain flour and cocoa powder. Now fold the plain flour with the mixture of egg.
Take a swiss roll tray and make it greasy then put butter paper and pour the prepared mixture in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes for baking. After 10 minutes,take it out from the oven and sprinkle with the caster sugar then roll it. Open the roll and fill it with ice cream then roll it once again. At the end,decorate with fresh cream,chocolate syrup and cherries then make it freeze.
