Pineapple Cherry Squares Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Biscuit crumbs 2 cups
2. Pineapple syrup half cup
3. Crushed coconut 1/3 cups
4. Butter 6 ounce
5. Caster sugar 1 cup
6. Egg 1
7. Vanilla essence 1tsp
8. Fresh cream half cup
9. Crushed nuts half cup
10. Pineapple chunks 1 cup
11. Chopped cherries half cup
Instruction:
Step 1. Spread the biscuit crumbs in the 9 inch cake pan.
Step 2. Now spread the pineapple syrup and put the crushed coconut. Beat the butter with caster sugar so that it becomes fluffy. Add egg and vanilla essence then still beat it finely.
Step 3. Now put this in the cake pan. Now beat the fresh cream with the caster sugar.
Step 4. Now add crushed nuts,pineapple chunks and chopped cherries in it then fold it. Also spread this mixture in the cake pan.
Step 5. Now sprinkle the coconut and biscuit crumbs over the mixture.
Step 6. Place it in refrigerator for about 4 hours. At last,cut it in the square shaped pieces. Decorate it with the pineapple chunks,fresh cream and cherries.
