Cheese Chicken Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Potatoes half kg
2. Chicken flay 3
3. Corriandar leaves (finely chopped) as required
4. Bread crumbs 1 packet
5. Cottage cheese 2 packets
6. Garlic 2 cloves
7. Black pepper 2
8. Eggs 2
9. Green chillies 4 (finely chopped)
10. Rice flour 2tbsp
11. Oil for frying
12. Salt to taste
Instruction:
Step 1. Mash the boiled potatoes. Mash the cottage cheese. Boil the chicken pieces with garlic and black pepper.
Step 2. Now mix them with cottage cheese and also add corriandar leaves,green chillies,crushed red chillies and salt.
Step 3. Now mix potatoes with rice flour. Make your hands oily with oil and spread the mixture of potato then put a piece of cheese in the middle and make the shapes of cutlets then dip in the egg.
Step 4. Now heat an oil then cover the cutlets with the bread crumbs and fry in the oil until it becomes light golden brown. Delicious cheese chicken cutlets are ready now.
Step 5. Serve with raita or tomato ketchup.
