Mint And Onion Raita Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Onion 1 (finely chopped)
2. Condensed and thick yogurt 2 cups
3. Fresh mint leaves 1tbsp
4. Fresh green chillies 1 (discard the chillie seeds)
5. Peprica (black pepper) 1/4tsp
6. Salt to taste
Instruction:
Step 1. Beat the yogurt until it becomes smooth.

Step 2. Mix all the ingredients except peprica then again beat it. Take the raita in the serving dish and sprinkle peprica over it.
