Corn Curry Recipe

Corn Curry Recipe




Ingredients:

1. Corns 2


2. Black pepper 1tsp

3. Green chillies 1

4. Plain flour 1tsp

5. Salt to taste

6. Corriandar powder 1tbsp

7. Coconut 2tsp

8. Curry leaves 2

9. Milk 1 small cup

10. Oil 1tbsp

11. Sesame seeds 1tsp


Instruction:


Step 1. Crush the corns. Grind coconut with black pepper. 

Step 2. Now take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Put sesame seeds in the heated oil then add green chillies and curry leaves in it. 

Step 3. Now add grinded coconut with black pepper then add crushed corns also. Fry it slightly. Mix plain flour with milk and add it in the corns also. Place it on the low flame for about 10 minutes.

Step 4. Take out in the serving dish. Garnish with corriandar leaves. You can eat it with paratha.
