Shingai Chicken Recipe

Shingai Chicken Recipe



Ingredients:

1. Chicken (boneless and cut in cubes) half kg


2. Green chillies half cup


3. Cabbage half cup


4. Carrot half cup


5. Capsicum 2


6. Cut that all vegetables


7. Black pepper powder half tsp


8. White vinegar 2tbsp


9. Salt half tbsp


10. Oil half cup


11. Chicken soup 1 cup


12. White pepper half tsp


13. Chinese soya sauce 2tbsp


14. Chinese salt half tsp


15. Corn flour 1tsp


Instruction:

Step 1. Take a cooking pan and heat oil in it. Light fry the chicken pieces and take it out in dish.


Step 2. Take 2tbsp of oil from this in another cooking pan.


Step 3. Put chicken,spring onion,carrot,cabbage,capsicum,black pepper powder,white pepper,white vinegar and Chinese salt then fry it.


Step 4. Dissolve corn flour in the chicken soup. Mix the chicken with corn flour. Let it cook for about 2 minutes. Serve with the boiled fried rice.
