kakri ka Raita Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Kakri half kg
2. Yogurt half kg
3. Cumin seeds 2tbsp
4. Red chillie powder 1/4tsp
5. Sugar 4tsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Spices mix 0.5tsp
8. Mint and coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Instruction:
Wash kakri and mash it. Make small pieces and cook it in the steamer. Beat the yogurt in the sand cup. Now add cumin seeds,red chillie powder,sugar,salt,spice mix and mix them well together. Beat them again then mix kakri also. Decorate it with mint leaves on the top.
Mango Lime Spritzer Recipe

Instruction:

Ingredients:

Instruction:

Ingredients:
1. Plain flour 1/2kg
2. Ghee 3tbsp
3. Salt 2tsp
4. Lukewarm milk for kneading
5. Baking soda 1tsp
6. Sesame as required

Take a bowl and put plain flour,baking soda and ghee then also add salt. Now knead it with lukewarm milk. Keep it aside for 2 hours. Nowl make the shape of naan then spread a little pinch of milk and sesame over it. Bake it at 200 degrees in an oven. Roghni kulcha is ready.

3. Rice flour 600gms

Cook water with sugar in a pan and stir the spoon gradually so that sugar gets dissolved. Now take it out from the stove and add rice flour in it then mix it and keep it for 3 hours. 3. Red chillie powder 1tbsp

Instruction:
First,wash off the lady fingers and cut it in two pieces. Now take a cooking pan and heat oil in it then also add cumin seeds. Now add garlic,ginger,salt,red chillie powder,turmeric powder,green chillie and yogurt then cook them. Now add lady fingers in it and also add lemon juice and mix it then place it for cooking. When the lady fingers become cooked,sprinkle coriander leaves and take it out from the stove. Okra with yogurt is ready.
Cold Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Macroni 2 cups
2. Tomatoes 2
3. Green capsicum 1
4. Onion 1 cup
5. Cheese 1 cup
6. Olive 1 cup
For Dressing:
1. Oil half cup
2. Lemon juice 4tbsp
3. Vinegar 2tbsp
4. Oregano 2tbsp
5. Soya 4tbsp (chopped)
6. Salt 1tsp
7. Black pepper halftsp
Instruction:
First boil the macroni. Now add tomatoes,capsicum,onion,cheese and olive in macroni. Now keep it for cooling for about half an hour.
For dressing:
Take a bowl and add oil,lemon juice,vinegar,oregano,soya,salt and black pepper then mix them well together. Now add salad dressing in the pasta and mix them then serve it cool. Special and quick cold pasta salad is ready to eat.
Chicken BBQ Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Puff pastry half kg
2. Chicken boneless 300gms
3. Onion 1
4. Egg 1
5. Green chilies 2
6. Corn flour 1tsp
7. Oil 1tbsp
8. Vinegar 1tbsp
9. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
10. Celery seeds 1/2tsp
11. Red chilies powder 1/2tsp
12. Black pepper 1/2tsp
13. Salt 1/4tsp
Instruction:
Make the small pieces of chicken. Mix the chicken with black pepper,green chilies,red chillie powder,vinegar,salt,ginger garlic paste and TRACHYSPRMUM(ajwain. Now pour it in the pan and keep it at low flame of heat and make it tender. If required,add few water. Now pour it in a bowl and make the fibres of chicken pieces. Now take a pan and heat oil in it then saute onion in it. Dissolve corn flour in the water. When the onion becomes saute,add chicken and corn flour in it. Now off the flame. Pour this mixture in the bowl and keep it for cooling. Now fill up this mixture in the puff pastry. Beat the egg and cover the puff pastry with it. Now place these puff pastries in an oven for about 25 minutes at 200 degrees for baking. Delicious chicken BBQ patties are ready.
Old Fashioned Butter Crunch Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Butter half cup
2. Peanuts half cup
3. Caster sugar half cup
4. Water 1/4 cup
5. Corn syrup 1/4 cup
6. Chocolate 1 cup
Instruction:
Take a cooking pan and add butter then melt it. Now add peanuts,caster sugar,water and corn syrup then cook it well. Now take it out in an oven dish and place it in refrigerator for freezing. When it becomes completely freezed,spread chocolate and peanuts over it then again place it in refrigerator. Take it out from the freezer and make pieces then serve it.
