Ingredients:
1. Beef half kg (boneless)
2. Yogurt 4tbsp
3. Ginger garlic and green chillie paste 2tbsp
4. Salt to taste
5. Fresh cream 4tbsp
6. Ghee 2tbsp
Instruction:
Mix ginger garlic and green chillie paste in yogurt. Now marinate beef cubes in it and keep it for 1 hour. Heat coal and then saute kababs on a low flame of heat. When kababs are about to ready,put ghee over it. Delicious kababs are ready.
