Cheese Finger Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Cottage cheese 1kg (cut in finger shape)
2. Oil for frying
3. Bread crumbs as required
For Batter:
1. White flour 1 cup
2. Water as required
3. Salt to taste
4. Black or white pepper half tsp
Instruction:
Mix white flour,water and salt together to make a batter until it becomes like a paste. Now take a pan and heat an oil in it. Dip cheese finger in the batter and deep fry in the pan so that it changes into golden brown in color. Serve it with lemon butter sauce.
