Spicy Egg Dish
Ingredients:
1. Eggs 4 (boiled and peeled)
2. Black cumin seeds 1tsp
3. Onion 1 (chopped)
4. Cinnamon sticks 1
5. Red chillies half tsp
6. Garlic (finely chopped) 2
7. Salt 3/4 tsp
8. Tomato 1
9. Green corriandar 2tbsp (chopped)
10. Vegetable oil 1tbsp
11. Corriandar powder 2tsp
12. Turmeric powder half tsp
13. Water 1/4 cup
Instruction:
Place the boiled eggs in water. Heat an oil at low flame. Fry the black cumin seeds. Now put onion and cinnamon sticks hen cook them well until the onion becomes light brown in color. Now put corriandar powder,red chillie,turmeric powder,garlic and salt then cook it well together. Continue stirring the spoon. After 2 minutes,put tomato and also cook it for about 5 minutes. Put water and make it boil. Take out the eggs from water and cut it lengthwise. Put the eggs in the prepared sauce and cook it for a while. At last,sprinkle with green corriandar leaves and serve it hot.
