Egg Curry Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1. Eggs 8
2. Oil 1 cup
3. Onion 1
4. Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
5. Red chillie (grinded) 2tbsp
6. Turmeric powder 1tbsp
7. Salt 1tbsp
8. Yogurt 1 cup
9. Tomato paste 1 cup
10. Whole spices half tbsp
11. Crushed corriandar powder 1/4tsp
12. Cumin powder 1/4tsp

Instruction:

Boil the eggs. Take a cooking pan and add oil and onion then fry it lightly. Now add ginger garlic paste,red chillie powder,turmeric powder,salt,yogurt and tomato paste then cook it lightly. When the oil becomes over,add eggs,whole spices powder,crushed corriandar and cumin powder then cover it with a lid. When it becomes ready,serve it hot.
